Healthcare Expertise + Child Therapist = Purely Baby!!

Kia ora, my name is Kate Ferguson and I own and operate Purely Baby out of Hawkes Bay, NZ. 

Purely Baby emerged from my husband’s hospital supplies company as a direct result of parents from the Neonatal units struggling to find quality, safe and affordable wipes on the private market.  Having supplied wipes to healthcare for 20+ years, we knew that a good quality, water wipe does not have to retail at a price beyond the reach of the average Kiwi family.

Up until 2019 I had worked as a Child and Family Therapist specialising in Infant Mental Health and trauma.  After 15 years, I was ready for a new and exciting challenge. However, I have found myself greatly missing my links with community support, especially with young families. 

I decided there must be a way to link my small business with my passion for helping families.  So…I approached Women’s Refuge with a plan to create a simple (socially distanced) way to continuously raise funds and supply product to the 40 Refuge’s in NZ.

I believe that Purely Baby wipes are the best on the market and I also believe that all Kiwi babies deserve the best start in life.  So, whether you are buying a present for someone in your family or neighbourhood or donating directly to a safe house, Purely Baby pledges to donate 20% of every sale to Women’s Refuge.

With your help we can supply a soothing and gentle product and give regular cash donations which can be used to maintain safe environments and support new beginnings.
